Our Intent

We source women advisors who already operate with authority across boards, governments, regulators, capital allocators, and large institutions. We seek established voices with proven governance maturity and decision-shaping experience — not emerging voices or social media influencers.

Speaker Qualification Criteria

Board member (public, private, or NGO)
C-suite / Executive Committee (current or former)
Founder with advisory mandates
Senior advisor to government, PE, VC, or family office
Regional or global leadership role with cross-border influence

  • Social media following or influencer status
  • Motivational speaking without governance depth
  • “First woman to…” narratives without advisory credibility
