By registering for and attending any Women In Advisory event organized by Horizon Bridge Firm FZ LLC (HBF), you acknowledge and agree that:

• Photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings may be captured during the event. Such media may include your image, likeness, voice, or name. The Company may use this content for marketing, promotional, social media, press releases, website content, or future event promotion purposes.

You hereby grant Horizon Bridge Firm FZ LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use such media without compensation.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify the Company in writing at:

The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but does not guarantee complete exclusion from incidental recordings in public event spaces.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or event participation shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good faith negotiations.

If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in the United Arab Emirates, in accordance with applicable UAE arbitration regulations.

• The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

This clause survives termination of these Terms.
