This Refund Policy applies to all event tickets sold by Horizon Bridge Firm FZ LLC through Women In Advisory.

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Change of personal plans Inability to attend Travel restrictions Failure to attend

2. Event Cancellation by Company

If an event is cancelled by Horizon Bridge Firm FZ LLC:

• The Company may offer rescheduling or event credit. Refunds, if issued, shall be at the sole discretion of the Company and subject to UAE law.

3. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by:

• Government restrictions Public health emergencies Natural disasters War or civil unrest Other events beyond reasonable control
