3. Account & Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Ticket Purchases & Confirmation

• Tickets are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment processing. A confirmation email constitutes proof of purchase. Tickets are issued to the registered individual and may not be transferred without prior written approval.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse registrations at our discretion.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

• Rescheduling or credit may be offered. Refunds, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of Horizon Bridge Firm FZ LLC and subject to UAE law.

The Company is not liable for travel, accommodation, or related costs.

8. Code of Conduct

All attendees must:

9. Media & Photography Consent

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental footage.
